Delivery Zip-Codes: Puyallup (98371, 98372, 98373, 98374, 98375), Graham (98338), Eatonville (98328)

All Prescription and Over-the-Counter products available for delivery.

Delivery: $5 per delivery

New prescriptions must be received/dropped off at pharmacy and delivery confirmed by patient/caregiver
Prescription refills must be submitted and delivery confirmed by patient/care-giver
Mobile app and website requests are only available for Next day Delivery
Same day deliveries are subject to time cut off and stock availability

Free delivery available for:

All patient’s enrolled in our adherence Kirk's Packs program (must meet program requirements to qualify)

Minimum 2 business day notice for delivery with a 1 o’clock cut-off (ex: if called in Monday before 1 o’clock delivery will be on Wednesday, if called in Monday after 1 o’clock delivery will be on Thursday.)

Delivery Days: (must be home during delivery time window listed – all undeliverable packages are subject to a $5 service charge):

Kirk’s Pharmacy (Eatonville): Monday – Friday

Kirk’s Pharmacy and Compounding (Puyallup): Monday – Friday

Payment Options: Credit Card on File for pre-payment authorization or Credit/Debit Card payment upon delivery (NO cash or checks will be accepted for prescription deliveries)

All mobile app and website delivery requests will be taken as patient confirmation – the address sent with the request will be the one we deliver to (patient responsible for service fees if an incorrect address is sent).
